1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AfriStayGlobal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Booking Policy
AfriStayGlobal facilitates hotel reservations but is not a party to the contract between guests and hotels. All bookings are subject to the individual hotel's policies. Payment is made directly at the property on arrival.
3. Guest Obligations
- Provide accurate personal information when booking
- Arrive at the hotel within the agreed check-in window
- Pay the hotel directly as agreed
- Comply with the hotel's house rules
4. Hotel Partner Obligations
- Maintain accurate listing information
- Honour all confirmed reservations
- Pay platform commission as per your agreement
- Comply with KYC verification requirements
5. Commission
AfriStayGlobal charges hotels a commission on completed stays (typically 10–15%). This is collected post-stay and does not affect the price paid by guests.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use AfriStayGlobal to:
- Submit false or fraudulent bookings
- Scrape or harvest platform data
- Circumvent commission agreements
- Post fake reviews
7. Limitation of Liability
AfriStayGlobal is not liable for any damages arising from cancelled bookings, property conditions, or disputes between guests and hotels. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of any fees paid to us.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
